The residency will finance the 75% of the activity’s registration for the first five who enrol in the activity and a 50% for the rest of the residents.
It is curious that the abilities that make a difference when looking for a job, creating a business or being academic or professionally efficient are hardly worked on at university: the ability to speak in public or privately, to lead a team, organise your time, create your own brand, elaborate spectacular videos and presentations or look for a job, among others.
That is why RUT, in this new period, is going to propel a new formation programme with Despiertoos (www.despiertoos.com), a school specialised in abilities, that will develop a series of workshops to train your social, emotional and communication skills in a practical and fun way. This program, that will be carried out in the residency itself and will start on the week of October 22nd, will have 16 workshops aimed to first and second year students, and 5 more for the third and fourth years.
